I want to clear out my little car and make room for the Christmas presents for my little tribe of girls but it’s pouring down with rain and one handed to and fro with a crutch isn’t going to be a good idea. I’m trying to get organised as I’m “driving home for Christmas “

The result of my recent mammogram came back clear, I was thrilled with that news and relieved.

The phone consultation with the surgeon for my spinal issues is another story. The MRI result showed the nerves at L5 were still being compressed. He wants another of those injections into the area as a diagnostic measure. If I get any relief there could be options (I’m guessing surgery) however if I don’t get relief then I’m not sure if anything can be done. I need to hang onto that glimmer of hope. Sadly there’s at least a 12 week waiting list.
