G's birthday trip to the zoo

A fun trip to the zoo with G. We treated ourselves to Gold cards so free entry. A grey winter day, so we wrapped up and took our time to wander round. We loved pausing to check out the information and viewing the animals. Our favourite ones were the sealions, orangutans and the fish. There was also a new dinosaur enclosure.  Fun to see the life-size animatronic dinosaurs.  Evening meal in town at the Mexican rounded off a perfect day.
