Dentist-Tree, Oh Dentistry!

We dropped Sophie off at school for the last time this term, treated ourselves to a quick sausage bap and coffee at Costa then spent most of the rest of the day wrapping a couple of presents for my golfing partners, writing and delivering cards for neighbours and other such Christmassy things.

Late afternoon we had check ups at the dentist. We’ve finally given up on the hope of getting an NHS dentist again so have gone private to see our former NHS dentist. 

Tess was delighted to get the all clear; I’ve got to have the tooth that’s been giving me a lot of gip lately out, which I’d guessed would be the case. Thought I’d save that pleasure for after Christmas

This tree was in the waiting room, complete with baubles of toothpaste tubes, false teeth and other dental paraphernalia, “crowned” (not to be outdone) with Carol-related pun. It made us smile anyway!
