I believe this is called ’creative chaos’…
I don’t have a craft room, so I’m working in layers at my kitchen table. Underneath the craft paper with the tags, is a box filled with inks, sprays and crayons. I needed to get one bag done today, with a Christmas card (and a personal note inside), a small bag of gingerbread cookies and a little paper house made into a Christmas ornament. One done, seven more to go… The others I can finish tomorrow, but since I have a meeting tomorrow I needed to get this bag done so I can hand it over.
I’ve gotten a lot done today. The saffron biscotti and gingerbread cookies for the memorial service, along with Christmas gifts to my cousins two kids, and bed linnens and stuff for mum when she’s staying over, are all where they must be. So I can cross those chores of my list.
Tomorrow has other chores, but now it’ll be so nice to sleep!
