Be Prepared

To quote Lord Baden Powell which seems to be the mantra of our local council who have just started placing this winters Grit Bins. They obviously are aware of something I do not know.

Saying that these bins are not only for their own pavement ploughs to refill but also for us local people to be able to grit our own paths and drives. They did initially try and stop us doing this by taking them away but they all reappeared last year so someone somewhere must have said something.

Will really start to worry when they begin filling them up
