Franciscan Seminary

I saw this Franciscan seminary on the way to work yesterday, but when I got back last night the weather was cloudy and the light was all flat, so I checked it out this morning and was lucky with nice bright sunny weather!
It was an impressive building which this picture does not do justice to?..
