Tow Away Zone

I'll know that an affordable parking spot in downtown Calgary can be quite expensive, but I'm not certain the lobby of the Courts building is the solution.

Police believe the driver crashed into the Calgary Courts Centre on purpose.

I wonder if they reached this conclusion because he had to drive about 100m down the sidewalk, dodging trees, benches and planters?
