Carlingwark Loch

Woke up to torrential rain bouncing off the caravan roof. Had a slow breakfast then headed into Castle Douglas for a wander round some shops.

The sun came out and we wandered round the Loch before going back to the caravan for the afternoon, sitting outside reading.

I feel I am going through the motions of being on holiday, but not feeling the benefit. I am having to try really hard mentally and socially which is draining.
