Where it all began

10 years a blipping, nearly 11.

30th December 2013 was my first blip, https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3789977. Here in Falmouth.  

I managed a daily blip in that first year and then there have been gaps here and there the following 8 years which, by the looks of it, have almost equated to a year.  This last year I have managed to blip every day again.

Every blip birthday I apologise for being a poor blip friend but I think you’ve probably got used to my slack ways by now ;-P.  However, there is no getting away from what a special site this is and thanks go to the team that keep it up and running for us all to enjoy and also to the blippers that pop by and sprinkle stars too.

A trip to the beach for a stroll.  Dad parked by Castle beach and we walked down to Gyllingvase.  We got caught in a short, sharp shower of hailstones (by golly they hurt your face) but managed to wait in a shelter until it passed.  We then stopped at St Michaels hotel for a coffee and my very first blip was taken in the grounds here, I took another today in the extras and you can see the buildings that were not there 11 years ago.

Back home for a chilled afternoon.
