The alien arrives

I like tree paeonies, and for years I’ve been trying to find one of a certain variety. I saw it in a tv gardening programme years ago, and fell in love with its beautiful colour.
It’s quite uncommon, so I was delighted to find a few for sale in an online nursery. I bought one ( at enormous expense - don’t tell Mr. Beewatcher ) and now I look forward to blipping its beautiful blooms some time in the future,
