Before

On my way back from walking the dog this morning I spotted this rainbow, and decided to take a picture of it. As I got closer to home it morphed into the double rainbow you see here. Sadly I was in town so the foreground is clutter with overhead cables, cars parking willy-nilly all over the place and general urban detritus, but in the sky there is a pretty strong double rainbow.

As everyone should know a rainbow is formed when light passes through water, which in this case was the rain which was about to saturate me...

After getting back inside, and in the dry I made my breakfast and then managed to spill hot porridge all over a trouser leg and one foot. It did have the effect or warming my leg and foot up, but was slightly more localised than I had planned, and didn't warm my core up...

Work day was another meh kind of day. Not productive on the whole, but I got a few things done which is good and I sent a lot of emails. With the Xmas break coming soon, I expect things to slow down and it will be the new year before things pick up again and everything needs to be done yesterday...
