I claim this hay for myself!

The weather this morning wasn't good but it wasn't quite as wet as expected. Sis and I had arranged to meet one of our badminton four for coffee and a pre Christmas chat in th Burrell.

As L and I were walking back to the car the sun was struggling to shine and by the time we reached the Pollok field the sun was shining and the small group of cows in that field were enjoying the first hay of the season.

Downhill all the way after the brief sunny spell and the afternoon has been dark and wet ..... but ..... tomorrow is the shortest day of 2024 ..... yippee!
