River Camel

Quite cool this morning with a bit of moisture in the air.
Perfect weather for running with the dogs.
We went to Spittal woods and had a lovely 5km run, quite a lot of debris to trot over on the forest tracks from the recent high winds.
Dina enjoyed dipping in the river a couple of times on the way back to the van
