Morning light

There were some lovely pink clouds in the sky this morning. Eventually the colourful colours appeared across the hills when l took this photo.

We were up early so we could head up the motorway before the traffic built up. It still took some time to pack but we had an easy journey.

We arrived at our daughter’s to find that the youngest grandson was recovering from a cold and the oldest hadn’t gone to school and was asleep as he wasn’t feeling well. He actually slept until late afternoon but then recovered quite quickly. Hopefully he will be feeling better tomorrow when we are all going to my husband’s nephew’s wedding.
