Ding, dong!

Some kind friends sent me a blip in a box! This pretty, flat-packed orchid was delivered today and plumped up beautifully. Thank you, friends, for the kind thought. It will go on giving pleasure for a long time. 

Winter solstice today. From now on the daylight hours slowly increase again. Hooray!
