SWT

It was my intention not to photograph this embroidery again until was finished, but as it turns out, I took no photograph today. This shot has a circle template added so I can see how much more stitching I have to do (and where) to make an almost perfect circle - which this isn't. Hey ho.

In other news, I didn't go to Asda, the meal I made for bro and myself this evening wasn't quiche and it was the next two episodes of "Life on Mars" that we watched before he went home. These are the only differences to distinguish today from yesterday. I am clearly suffering from what I call SWT (Sedentary Winter Tedium). And some weight gain.   Help. 

Never one to sit and wallow in the quicksand that is inertia, after Gareth went home, I launched a 'well do something about it then' self help investigation by spending two or three hours searching on line about online learning and also found some YouTube vids to get moving indoors during these too cold to move much outside days.
