Blip Advent Calendar - Day 21!

A heave and a struggle to open up window 21 in the extremely windy weather conditions!! The wind is ferociously relentless and the driving rain has now arrived to accompany it...with the possibility of some sleet and snow too. 

All the same, Matthew and I have enjoyed a walk to Calverley along the canal before taking a loop round Calverley Woods. It was extremely quiet and we hardly saw a soul for the entire 8 miles! 

We did, however, witness the tree at the top of my collage fall down in spectacular fashion. It landed on top of a black street light/lamppost which it then flattened too!! Crikey! Matthew was then a tad wary of any creak from other trees in the woods, I did try to explain there was no way we could out run a fallen tree so to just not think on it!! :-P 

I'm now nail painting with two glittery shades for festive sparkle; Disco Daze (purple-silver) and Ballet Shoe (golden).
