I started my low fiber diet today in preparation for my colonoscopy on Tuesday.

Kent & I delivered some Christmas this morning and then went to the grocery store so I could get what I needed to make the Turkey & Sweet Potato Casserole on Christmas Day.

That done, we stopped by and saw Jung to get our lunch for today & tomorrow.

Chilling this afternoon and doing my MS Balance Training.
