Delivering Family Christmas Cards

A windy morning with rain.  It cleared into a sunny day for a while, then heavy rain in the afternoon.  Gales and showers tonight.  

Up at 5am, additional weekend working in Lerwick. I've been on the street cleaning, doing the south beat.  After Mad Friday, it was messier than usual.  Some shopping after work.  Sammy at the vet this morning, then headed down to mam's.  We popped by aunt Joan's (dad's sister), nipped to Lerwick briefly, then along Scalloway aunt Joan (mam's sister).  After getting the bathroom sorted, I got it wallpapered this evening.  Wet walkies with Sammy, now feet up. 

Lovely to spend time with family today.  I spent a lot of time with Auntie Joan and Uncle John (Halcrow) as a bairn, always a pleasure to pop by them now.  A good catchup, a cuppa and a exchange of cards and gifts.  A few more cousins to see, and family north, including sister Julie in Unst.  Aunt Joan and uncle John, taken in their home, Laxdale Road, Cunningsburgh.
