Val

A trip into Sherborne for a few last minute things and coffee . Val is a lovely member of our tai chi class and always good fun . She volunteers in a charity shop in Sherborne and we were pleased we caught her to give her a hug. She doesn’t come to class in the Winter as she doesn’t like driving at night . She has lived an interesting life as a physiotherapist and is a gifted embroiderer . 
I was pleased with myself as I made a red cabbage casserole in the slow cooker as prep for Xmas lunch ! 
Had my weekly chat with my friend in Suffolk and finished watching ‘The Ink Black Heart ‘ which I really enjoyed despite the disparaging reviews .
