Carols by Candlelight

Busy busy day.. I went to meet a friend at the local farmers market and had hoped to walk through and buy a few bits but there was nowhere to park. I eventually messaged the friend and she suggested a coffee in a place out of town and then I managed to park. Needless to say I only bought some tasty bread for the family and then skipped the rest.. there were so many queues that it would have taken hours to get round it. We had a good catch up. Then home to clear up chaos and make supper to have after the carol service this evening. It was a splendid service with a choir which we have not experienced here before. Lovely community effort, the church was beautiful and only lit by candles, singing spectacular with the assistance from the visiting choir and then the nine lesson were read well. Two of them were read by very young girls brilliantly. Well done. 
I am starting to feel Christmassy finally. The tree is in and the family all present..perfect.
