Today would have been my parents wedding anniversary. They met at a dance in Essex during the war even though they lived within half a mile of each other in London.
I went into Sedbergh for some shopping and started to make a ragu for my lasagne. It seems to taste better if you leave it for a day before making the lasagne.
Today’s tea was Green Tea with Mint. Green tea is normally a concern so I had a weak brew first. This was ok. But for my second cup everything change. The green tea taste was much stronger and it wasn’t as nice IMHO.
