Sunrise

Taken as I purchased the newspaper this morning. Most of my windows face west so I do not often see a sunrise.

If a red sky in the morning is a shepherd's warning, it was one we should take very seriously this morning. The day has been very windy, with frequent heavy rain showers. Not a good day for going for a walk. We did manage a soup at the Crathes Castle cafe, but the frequent rain showers werea deterrent to a walk around the estate or garden.
