Walk on the beach

De Soto National Memorial is closed indefinitely after hurricanes Helene and Milton because of extensive damage to buildings and trails. The National Park service needs to establish new trails and get the buildings repaired. We were able to walk to the beach and on some adjacent trails that are part of Riverview Point Preserve.
