Nine Lessons & Carols

A perfect day of pottering and reading followed by meeting Ali, Lucy & Roddy for a Christmas drink in town. Two of the crowd sloped off whilst Lucy and I went over to St, Chad’s for the beautiful service of Nine Lessons and Carols. So nice to find some stillness and calm amidst the busyness of the season. The music was breathtakingly beautiful and it was such a wonderful moment of joy and wonder.
