I woke several times during the night, I assume the forecast gusts of wind were sufficiently loud. A quick inspection in the morning satisfied me that nothing had dislodged from the roof.
Nancy has developed quite a cough, which is frustrating for her (and me) so soon after her last one in November. She felt sufficiently unwell to bail-out of a planned trip to Embra. Given her fear of missing out, she must really be unwell.
I did go and met-up with Owen, our friend Fi and sime of Fi’s family to watch the excellent Planetarium Lates showing of The Dark Side of the Moon. It really was splendid and well worth the effort of getting to and from the city. I chose not to take the train as they’ve been a bit cancelly recently. We also stopped at The Pakora Bar on Holyrood Road for tea. They were very short staffed and so everything took an age but the food was excellent.
