Full house

We are going away tomorrow so lots of lasts in between the regular commitments. First thing the cat to the cattery then back to town for morning praise. When I got home I finished a few jobs before popping to say goodbye to two neighbours. Then it was lunch time, and final packing before going back to the Carol service. I wasn’t supposed to be helping but because one person is frail and we knew it might be busy, I was asked to help and good job… there were so many attendees I was trying to find empty seats, even long after the service started. We had 350-+ and everyone seemed to enjoy the mix of carols readings and choir pieces ; and the mince pies and mulled wine afterwards I’m sure :)

Then I headed off to the quiz ( only 3rd!) before home to do some final cleaning and am just about to go to bed as we have a 3:30 wake up for our drive to Gatwick and flight to Senegal in the morning.
