Evening Walk Up the Resy

Well, it was back to work today after a great holiday. It's quiet in the office though - loads of folk on hols so no problem with car parking spaces. Had a bit of a mid afternoon dip so it was off to get a Costa to help with the last couple of hours.

Gang up for tea then we headed off to the Resy with the boys on their bikes as Ben was more hyper than usual as they had been to the pictures and he needed some energy used up before bedtime. He zooms along on his balance bike and was tearing down the hill at the Resy after his big bubba. Heart in the mouth speed but he seems confident with the hills...

There was a big downpour along with sunshine as you can see here - the lines are raindrops. That means the dreaded midgies appear with the damp. My daughter told me that she hoovered her ceiling on Saturday night as her window was open and thousands of them had congregated on her living room ceiling. Seems crazy but no surprises with her...
