Maggie is

not being co-operative...and is refusing to pose or be cute for a blip photo.

 As I had no other photo for the day..I have had to feature Maggie anyway despite her unwillingness.. and her insistence that it is not her best side! 

My sister is here visiting for Christmas and we spent the day mostly chatting by the fire...I had good intentions...I had hoped to take her down to the lake for a wee walk in the woods and along the beach..( and get a lovely blip photo) but the weather was bitterly cold with icy conditions and my sister overly protective! 

She insisted, with my best interest in mind, that we not venture out as she was afraid I might slip and fall. I do have good hiking boots to put on and I do have hiking poles, but she was really nervous..I fear that this may become something I will have to deal with? Well-meaning protectiveness?  

Maybe tomorrow the weather will be better and we will be able to venture out into the wilds of Whitby and find something blip-worthy to photograph and post!
