Willow weep for me

This is rose bay willow herb. Stateside it is called fireweed.
It grows every where, often along the side of the roads and railway lines.
Nearly all of it is edible, although a tad bitter.
It is used as tea etc and even in ice cream.
It is quite beautiful I think.
