Cold, barren metal stretching beyond the horizon. It’s good to know that winter is truly here, but just so late and suddenly. It’s really thrown me off my game and daily routine.

I started watching Tar last night, and as expected, really great. It’s a long slow burn but I can feel a lot of density in the script and acting. The music is amazing and the set design/costumes are sooooo telling. I like that it forces you to search for clues and piece the story/characters and motivation together. It’s very stimulating and intense. It can be boring if you’re not in the right mood, but being an hour in, I had to sleep, and savour the rest tonight.
