Electric bills be damned!

In the states with warmer winter weather, many people seem determined to make up for the lack of snowy winter landscapes with holiday lights.  This is particularly true in Phoenix.  We stumbled on this street (one of many) where almost every house was decorated and the flashing lights were synced to Christmas Music, which you could hear by tuning the car radio to a specific frequency.
