Earlier than ever

Celandine in bloom on the south facing bank just up our lane. 
The gov spotted it on her constitutional walk this afternoon. She also saw a buttercup in flower - definitely out of step with the seasons, but it was a bit scrawny so could have been a late flower holding on rather than an early one.
