Xmas at Blickling

This morning I drove over to NT Blickling to have a look at their xmas decorations around the house, they were nice but I didn't think they were as good as they normally are. However, they also had the magnificent Star Atlas by Andreas Cellarius on display, which is a masterpiece of Dutch mapmaking from the 17th century. 'The atlas describes theories about the movement of the stars, as they were understood in the 1600's'. I'll add a photo as an extra. I also got a few small items from the sale in the shop. This afternoon I had a xmas catch up separately with two of my sisters, which was lovely.
