Jayne and Chris

Such a lovely day today. Paul's 2 children are here to spend 2 weeks with their Dad and for their first day we had a barbeque lunch with us, Annettte and her boys and Jayne, Chris and Amelia. 12 of us in total and a great time had by all, we played volleyball and had lovely food, followed by cupcakes. We chatted drank and laughed. Jack and Erin then went off to a birthday party and were going straight from that to their Dad's. The rest of us carried on until 5ish when everyone headed home and Paul, myself and his children settled down to watch films on the sofa as it was by now pouring down outside. A great day.

Picked this picture of Jayne and Chris today. She won't like the picture (she rarely does) but I think it is a lovely one of two very special people. I have said many times how great Jayne is but I should mention that her husband is lovely too and has been such a support to me over the years. A very lucky couple to have found each other and be so well suited and lovely.
