Beyond help?

Quite annoyed to find that this wee rabbit doesn’t work. There was a whole saga round this flipping thing which is supposed to help with anxiety. Its chest is meant to light up and have a heartbeat and it’s supposed to play soothing music. I ordered it for my grand niece going into hospital at the beginning of November for spinal surgery to correct scoliosis but it didn’t arrive so I ordered a different one elsewhere and then this turned up a week later. I’ve already had several lengthy email exchanges with the company about sending it back for a refund and finally gave up trying and decided to keep it as a Christmas present for her little sister as she was quite taken with it.
And it’s not working…. I suspect it’s the switch (sewn into the foot) that’s faulty and I can’t get to that without taking the whole thing apart. I may well do that when I have the time but it won’t be just now.
