Withering

The clematis dying back and the last of the nasturtium stems withering on the old wire shelving of the old greenhouse & made into a climbing frame.

There will be plenty of beasties hiding in there to overwinter.

Tried a different walk route today but part of the path was slippy with moss so had to go a bit slower than slow. Trying to do more than one set of pelvic floor exercises & body reminding me it’s still sore!

Persevere!

Got a letter into today for next hospital Appt so at least I have more time to recuperate before next onslaught of treatments as it’s into the new year.

Neighbour MoM popped in, gave my news & had a catch up of holiday happenings. So glad I have good neighbours & support.

Friend arranging too tonight to take me to get meds tomorrow. Busy busy!
