Caerketton Craigs and T-Wood
The day started very cold but bright. The Met Office is forecasting grey clouds, but for now, it is sunny. I took a wee walk around the park in the morning. It didn't feel freezing outside, but there was ice in places. Not too sketchy. Where it was very slippery, I walked on crunchy grass. The park was very quiet.
After coffee, I did some pre-Christmas DIY to sort out some wonky blinds.
In the afternoon, I walked up to Swanston. The sun was still shining, but a large lump of cloud appeared just as we reached the village. The Highland Coos were getting a lot of attention from visitors. Higher up, there were very nice views across to the Ochil Hills and some Munros near Stirling. Walking back to Swanston Road, we saw seven deer grazing in a field. However, what really caught my eye was on the walk home. Between the houses, the last rays of the sun were catching the snow on the highest tops of the Ochil Hills. Just after this photograph was taken, the clouds moved in. There were some pink clouds above us as we walked through the park, but the sunset eluded us.
It was nice to get home and have a cup of coffee and some mini segments of chocolate orange.
