Wells

Over to Wells first thing. It simply doesn’t feel right if I don’t go to Wells just before Christmas and call in on my favourite veg shop. We always used to go through and do a bit of last minute shopping and have a brunch at Sands which I see has ceased trading now  : ( 
It was still very windy so I walked through the pine woods and then back along the beach and sat having my coffee and mince pie looking across to East Hills (aka Honeymoon hills). Then I headed over to M&R’s for tea, helped them prepare a big casserole to take with them to their family tomorrow, and then went on to stay for supper before heading back.
