Juno inspects

The advent calendar jam was fig – delicious on crumpets. Juno was more impressed by the butter.

All the electrical appliances continue to work after the electrician's magic on Saturday. I'm forever grateful to him giving me the gift of a working kettle.

Today was a work day, but not many people in team were around. I got a good bit done and managed to fit in a walk with a neighbour. The pet shop ladies were in all their Christmas gear and looking forward to a holiday.

Today I learned that the Moon goes anti-clockwise in orbit when viewed from the North Pole, but it goes clockwise when viewed from the South Pole. I had to re-think a northern-hemisphere-biased diagram. My brain hemispheres were challenged.
