Madness

The boy child arrived with Yuri. He is excited for his first Christmas at home for 5 years. She can't quite believe the extent to which we go for this holiday.

In Korea, there is one day off work for some people, not everyone. Families come together and share cake. That's it. Done!

When I told her that I could see the ridiculous in saying that we cut down trees to bring into our house, she looked at me...
'Trees? Like actual trees?'
'Yes'

She ran into the front room to check and came back, making that Hmmmmm noise that is generally the sound of incredulity.

I'm loving seeing her take on our traditions.
