Sunday, cometh the long anticipated Newport folk festival. Did not disappoint. The three stages set among the imposing derelict fortifications of Fort Adams brought performances from the Wheeler Brothers, Beth Orton, Spirit Family Reunion and the wonderful Andrew Bird. Sadly we didn't quite get to see the Lumineers as Em was quite taken with the hula-hoops and couldn't be persuaded otherwise.
