Busy on the peanuts

We walked down to the mill with our friends this morning and it was quieter  than expected.  Bacon butties all round and boy were they good.

The afternoon has been spent wrapping presents, sorting pictures for competitions (still not happy), chatting with our Northumberland friends and I’m now sitting waiting for my drink to arrive before getting dinner.

These long tailed tits were very lucky to escape the claws of Mr Sparrowhawk.  Phew!
