Bread sauce

Like pancakes I always say why don’t we have it more often - we only have each of them once a year.

We are spending tomorrow at Miss H’s and she knows I am very particular how I like my bread sauce so asked me to make it ! (I am the only one who likes it!). Obviously I obliged and there is a spare pot to go in the freezer so it will be eaten again before next Christmas.

Had a quiet day, took dad out for a drive revisiting his old haunts - a little bit of sunshine too.

Also Mrs H senior’s birthday so a phone call to wish her a happy birthday.
