A walk around the garden this afternoon

A funny old day. I really didn’t sleep well.  I’m trying to hang in there now so I don’t get into a cycle of  waking early morning.  It’s a bit of a challenge.  I think my meds are slightly out of synch as I’m beginning to tire by 5pm and my next tablet isn’t due until 8. I’ve been reading about how they are designed to release dopamine at different times to ensure it continues to supply the brain.  It’s early days ( and Christmas) so maybe I can talk with someone next week or the week after.
