Christmas Trio

It's been a very pleasant Christmas. Quite relaxed compared to the usual chaos.
This morning we attended the 9am church service with Graham's family. There were lots of traditional carols which I love.
 With Graham and Helen tied up with the in-laws this year and Julia in Montreal it was just John and me. As Wally's family couldn't make it we invited him to join us. So it was all quite fortuitous.
We had a nice video chat with Julia who was just going to bed after what sounded like a sumptuous Christmas Eve meal with some of her colleagues. She has been invited to other friends for Christmas dinner so is being well looked after and enjoying the snow. She is learning to ice skate.

I don't think there is an official Wide Wednesday challenge today, but as this is wide I'll tag it.
