Christmas in the summer shade

We had a lovely Christmas Day with our son, daughter and family. I did very little as I am still feeling pretty horrid but I still enjoyed being with family. Apparently I coughed all day.

Santa made a welcome visit this morning. I had unearthed some old 1980s plastic stockings which came in handy. I got two puzzle books and choc coated almonds. I got my present last month (a new iPad).

This is a hammock and the garden at our daughter’s place. We had a traditional Turkey and Pork meal with pavlova for dessert. There are fires burning just north of town. Thoughts are with the volunteer fire crews.
