Sunrise...

...on Christmas morning over the River Dee. A couple of joggers and a dog walker were the only other people at the Groves this morning. I took some bird food, expecting to feed the ducks, but there were no swans and few ducks who all refused to leave the water. I saw only one cormorant and he was flying low in the shadows.
