Fermentation

Bought a bottle of fresh, still fermenting, wine at the supermarket today. As I was recently told off my an Aldi cashier for not placing glass bottles parallel to the conveyor belt, I was very careful today. However forgot these bottles have a special cap that allows gases to escape and one must not place them lying down! Naturally cashier was not amused at having to wipe down her belt!.
