The calm before the storm!

Just finished golf & coffee when the call came "come home at once!". Not to Earlsferry but to Glasgow. "Your flat is full of sewage" - well not completely full - just the bath, toilet, bathroom floor and hallway! I'll not share the photos with you they're just for the insurance company. How a day can change - home uninhabitable but so many friends & family giving offers of help. The maintenance/plumbers were here almost as soon as I arrived, cleaners are here just now (Tuesday) just need the Insurance assessors to get the ball rolling.
